“This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return.”

“I cannot say enough about this wonderful property in Savannah. It was the perfect location - we walked to almost everything! The two bedrooms and two baths were great for two couples! And the backyard oasis was a lovely respite after a fun-filled day.”

“This property was beautiful and very much enjoyed. Our only negative on this property was the parking. It has its own parking space that is shared with 3 other units. We had a Suburban and was a little tight and difficult to park. This parking is just inside the security gate next to the trash can area, which is a very tight turn in. “What a lovely home away from home.. If you are looking for a private affordable great location on Hilton Head Island.. look no further.. Center Island, Palmetto Dunes, Golf, Pickleball, Tennis, Restaurants, easy beach access via short walk thru beautiful neighborhoods over looking golf courses, canals and water waterways. This home is updated clean and well cared for. Highly recommend!!”

Our apartment was on the second floor with only a wooden staircase for entrance and egress. There were two smoke detectors on the second floor: one in the kitchen that worked and a smoke detector in the living room that was too high up for me to test but looked as if it might have been non-functioning.”

“Although the house was clean and spacious, however the carpet on the stairs were all stained. We had to request towels, they only provided 1 towel per person for 5 days. We had to go out and purchase additional toilet paper. Ran out after the 3rd day. If you go here, make sure you bring any tissues, napkins and such. “Overall Clean - Great location - made walking to the beach easy and very accessible. Cabinets were labeled with all necessary items. Had beach chairs, wagons and shade covers. We did have to clean up after past dog clientele and sweep out spiders and their webs in the enclosed garage. Overall it was great for both the infant and the large dog for space to move about and play.”

“Very clean and nice property. Just a couple minutes to walk to the beach. Could use an update on pans as the large pan is so warped it’s unusable so we had to cook using really small pans. Outside of that one small thing, very nice and 5 stars.”
