“Rob went out of his way to meet us and go over all the amazing amenities his place has to offer. Out of 6 places we reserved, this was my favorite. I felt so comfortable. It was a home away from our home. “We felt instantly at home in this lovely place. The place is modern, super super clean, and comfortable. It has a big kitchen and living room where we were able to do some work related computer work a bit. The host went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. She had milk and eggs in the house for our first breakfast. It's in a quiet neighborhood. If I return to Rotorua, I am definitely staying at her place again.”

“No cooktop, no freezer compartment to keep ice blocks cold. No top sheet on either single bed, light over bathroom sink does not work, windows were filthy inside and out, floor between toilet and wall was dirty, no hand towel or face cloth provided. Only wine glasses provided for drinks. Only one mirror in unit, none in bedrooms. We can’t believe this place meets even minimum standards for guest accommodations. Only one tea towel provided, hot plate had no instructions and only Chinese labels...

Master bedroom var väldigt varmt på natten eftersom ac’n var på nedre våningen. Hade behövt någon form av enkel instruktion för dom elektriska köksprylarna eftersom det inte var helt uppenbart hur tex ugn funkade. Fina omgivningar, poolen skulle kunna haft fler bäddar med dynor(fanns bara en dyna till typ fem bäddar)men trevligt med allt...

"Okay hotel near the center. Only minus is the breakfast - or the lack thereof. There's breakfast but is quite poor. Both in terms of the food but also in terms of the area in which it's served. The rest of the hotel is quite nice with a small pool for the kids."
