In this case, we have a two-room apartment of approximately 45 square meters with a sea view, located in a residential complex 100 meters from the beach, featuring classic furnishings—not modern but functional.

Located on the second floor, accessible by stairs, it consists of a single open-plan space. The living room features a double bed, a single bed, and a kitchenette equipped with electric hotplates, and an open-plan bedroom with two single beds.

ℹ️ Mandatory fees to be paid on site:

- Tourist tax: to be paid in cash; varies depending on the period; mandatory according to municipal regulations.

- Security deposit: €400 in cash or by credit card; refundable at the end of the stay upon inspection of the apartment’s condition.

- Cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash are the guest’s responsibility. Otherwise, a penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for failure to clean the kitchenette and another €150 for failure to dispose of trash.
