The living area is comfortable and well proportioned, featuring a 65-inch Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, suitable for streaming, planning your stay, or remote work.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible. The bedroom includes a king-size bed prepared with quality mattresses, hotel-grade linens, and ergonomic pillows. The living area offers a sofa bed that comfortably accommodates additional guests. A second Smart TV provides added flexibility for evening relaxation.

For beach days, a beach kit is included (a parasol, one quick-dry beach towel per guest and a cool bag with four ice packs), making trips to nearby beaches such as Pittulongu or Bados easy to organize. Parking is simple and convenient. The apartment includes private parking within the residence, and free street parking is also available nearby.
