Our hotel is located in the city center in a building that dates back to 1700, the breakfast room (the basement) is one of our strengths as very characteristic and equipped with all comforts. As you can verify yourself, in the reviews on all portals the staff in the breakfast room is the most appreciated as chat with guests, gives them all the attention and pampering, is very attentive to all their needs, You probably misunderstood the situation, we never had reports of this kind.
