Not as advertised
Nice series of outdoor gardens & some amazing views. Falsely advertised as 4 br house, it is in fact a 2 br house with a disconnected partially underground bedroom building at a lower level and another disconnected partially underground one below that, each accessed by going outside via exterior staircase. Both of the lower buildings have very narrow access doors and very small windows. The listing says bedrooms have A/C, however the lower bedrooms do not. Lower br 1 has a terrible, unbearable mold and mildew smell & could not be used. Lower br 2 is a small dark hole, with hardly any windows, a ceiling barely than 6 feet, and in my opinion, not fit for human habitation. The A/C in the 2 bedrooms of the main house worked very well.No arrival instructions. Had to 'discover' the missing bedrooms, trying the 9 keychains & 21 keys to see if they opened the lower rooms. Standing floor area in the kitchen is slightly less than 2ft x 6ft. The doorways in the main house are narrow, some doors hit on the floor and do not open all the way, making it difficult to pass.The outdoor large wood pergola outside lower bedroom 1 is unsafe: 2 of the columns are leaning and can be pushed over, collapsing the whole pergola. Found 4 spiders and long webs indoors. Not enough blankets; ones from the lower rooms had moldy smell and unusable. No washer as indicated, or at least could not find it. Used a laundry bucket for hand washing. Left as soon as we could and had to pay for another house.
