The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and all essentials for short or extended stays. The bright living area features a double sofa bed and opens onto the beautiful panoramic terrace, furnished for outdoor dining or quiet evenings with a view. The double bedroom is tastefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort. All rooms are air-conditioned and covered by high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Where applicable, electricity (and occasionally water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay.
• A security deposit will be pre-authorised on the guest’s physical credit card upon arrival.
• The amount will be automatically released after departure; bank processing times may vary.
• Any damages or violations of the house rules may result in partial or full deductions from the deposit.

The cost of final cleaning and the initial linen set is not included in the base rate and will be charged separately. Extra linen changes are available upon request.

• As private homes, they may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialised in short-term holiday rentals.

• Online check-in is mandatory and requires uploading documents and a selfie for each guest.
• Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed; an English courtesy copy is available.

Key collection takes place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
