Upstairs, there are three tastefully furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a comfortable living room with a dining area, and the main kitchen, which is fully equipped. This level also includes air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort during the warmer days.

The lower level, which is a fully independent annex, includes two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, and a second service kitchen — perfect for preparing breakfast or enjoying a quiet coffee.
