âWe highly recommend this place for anyone. Situated just steps from the airport but very quiet and tranquil. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool is amazing.

âFantastic view over the river with a wonderful garden and pool area. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. This hotel is just in the middle of old Bagan by the river so you can catch a horsecart just outside the hotel or bike to the temples in just minutes. The "deluxe" rooms were a real disapointment, very boring and plain with bad lighting. Whilst the resort itself is beautiful and easily deserves 4 stars the rooms themselves are closer to just 2 stars. Biggest pool in Bagan but no gym.â

âBeautiful hotel with very comfortable room. Hardwood floors, strong ac, and mini fridge. Breakfast was a large buffet (fried rice, noodles, congee, fruit, "sausage") with eggs cooked to order. The hotel is right next to airport, but requires transportation to get anywhere. Ebike rental and taxis were easily arranged at reception. Only a few minutes ride to temples, sunrise views of balloons, and Nann Myint Tower. Small disappointments were lots of mosquitoes, the pool closed at 8pm (10pm...

They made us feel at home and even brought a band to play some nice Christmas songs for all the guests.

âSaw Nyein San Guesthouse is a place that I would highly recommend staying at due to the convenient location and hospitality of the owner. I stayed 2 nights here and the double bedroom was spacious. Air conditioning worked well, and so did the Wi-Fi. The toilet also had a bath tub and hot water was available. When I arrived at 6am by bus, I was able to check in immediately and get a good rest. â1 year old hotel but very clean and fresh. Manager was very friendly and helpful. You can rent e scooter for 8000kyat a day, which is really nice because all the pagodas are quite spreed out.

âNice guest house with very happy helpful staff. Offered a choice of rooms the one we chose was spacious clean with a comfy bed and an adequate bathroom. Air con worked fine. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace will keep you going all day. Nice place to sit and chill out as well. Hotel owner very helpful in booking bus tickets to next destination. It's central to most of what you need to see and do in Bagan. Plenty of places to eat a short walk to the end of the road. Recommended.â
