“Fantastic view over the river with a wonderful garden and pool area. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. This hotel is just in the middle of old Bagan by the river so you can catch a horsecart just outside the hotel or bike to the temples in just minutes. The "deluxe" rooms were a real disapointment, very boring and plain with bad lighting. Whilst the resort itself is beautiful and easily deserves 4 stars the rooms themselves are closer to just 2 stars. Biggest pool in Bagan but no gym.”

“Inte ett ställe man bor på för närområdet, man åker bil till sevärdheter utanför Mandalay! Enkel restaurent på översta våningen med några platser utomhus.”

“Super close to the airport …. Walk - don’t get a taxi (15,000). It’s flat and 7 Minutes max Hotel buildings and grounds are nice as is the pool area. Room was spacious and nicely appointed. Nice white sheets and towels. Pool area is lovely. But common in Myanmar I’ve found, staff at the pool area, bar, never ask you if you need a towel, don’t ask if you want a drink … it’s a bit odd given they are standing around. Breakfast is good and for better when more folks were staying there. Food...

“Hotel rooms are big. Bed is comfortable. Toilets and shower area need thorough cleaning for moulds and water marks. ”

“Ligger bra, bra mat, bra servis, trevlig restaurang på taket, minde pol, i närområdet ligger all gatuhandel torkad fisk och frukt, svårt att hitta västerlänsk mat, det är deras egen mat, mycket vänligt folkslag än iaf, dem är glada för dig som turist, inte alls som Thailand har blivit, inget att lura dig hela tiden”

“Staff , see the wall in the room I attached the photo. WiFi doesn’t work all time . TV doesn’t work”

“I had an ok night here. Hotel not connected to hotel.com the room I booked was full, so they had to upgrade me. No ac even though I booked with ac. (was cold anyway so did not matter) staff friendly”

“Excellent location in Pyin Oo Lwin within walking distance to restaurants and cafes nearby the lake and botanical garden. Staff were helpful organizing transport in the city.”

“I didn’t like this hotel. The bathroom was smelling so nasty. When I came back to the hotel after being out the hole day, the room wasn’t clean. No toilet paper and all the garbage was full. The lady in reception told me we can fix now, 2 minuets only. But when you are tired and want to take a shower and go to toilet, you don’t wanna wait and look when someone is cleaning your room. I hate to complain, but this wasn’t good - I’m sorry! ”

“The view and rooms were great. Especially the executive suite. However, there was no buffet system for breakfast and on top of that, we could only choose one meal per person for breakfast. No wifi in the rooms. No water in the toilet in the morning we left the hotel.”

“Adequate for the low price”

“Please check it out with Hotel , they are calling me about payment not received yet . My card has been already deducted the bill . Please find out for me ”

“Hôtel.com qui ne paye pas en temps et en heure l’hôtel. hôtel sale , ensemble de l’hôtel est un espace fumeur même la chambre , isolation catastrophique ”
