Värdshus i Old Lyme

“If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid.”

“the room was very clean and very quiet, would stay again.”

“Adam, the owner was very responsive until we got there, and then decided not to stay because the room was really smaller than we imagined. There is barely enough room to get around the bed. I had asked, if possible, for some sort of a partial refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. The room was clean and in well-kept condition, but not nearly as comfortable as the pictures depict. Anyway, it was an expensive lesson for my further travels using VRBO as I would only consider a place...

“This is a good option if you're looking for somewhere spotlessly clean and convenient to lay your head at night while you hit the beach during the day. The beach is steps away and lovely.”

“The location is perfect, just a few houses from the beach. The unit has a great view, very clean and new. The owners/managers were very prompt and communicative. I was VERY hesitant to book a place without reviews- but this was an excellent choice. The beach is clean and private, people are friendly. I will happily stay again!”

“Room was clean, beach view from kitchen and bedroom windows. Super close to many cute cafés and restaurants. Highly recommend Hangry Goose. Awesome food and allergy friendly. ”

“Great space, large dining area, fully stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, great mattresses, ocean view from deck and one block from the ocean ”

“Enjoyed one-night stay there a lot. will be back for sure.”

“Slitet hotell nära motorvägen, rummet luktade illa och var nedgånget. Motellet behöver renoveras. från rummet ser man motorvägen vilket gör att trafiken hörs genom de tunna dörrarna. Endast lämpligt att välja detta motel om man är på resa efter motorvägen och snabbt vill stanna till och sova på ett enkelt motell.”
