Got a small room for two nights which was a bit cramped (suitable for 1 person and not much luggage) but switched to a much more spacious one for second two nights.
Each floor has a different designer and all rooms are different.
Close to 3 underground stations. On direct line from airport.
Little India is well worth a visit.
Restaurant/wine bar attached. Only had a snack there but food was great. â

âThis is a brand new hotel đš- just opened ( beginning of dec 2019). It is very modern, clean with really comfortable beds. The location is perfect đ near everywhere important in Singapore đžđŹ. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable and pleasant stay. â

âThe pod was really close to the Metro station in a nice area. What I liked was the servicemindedness of the staff. I had a late flight and the staff would still let me use the restroom and shower even though I had checked out.â

âThe hotel is super cute and totally all boutique like. Great furniture and nice bathrooms. Well maintained and really clean. I love how they have bunk beds for parties 2+. Space is well utilized considering the size. Staff was consistently super pleasant and warm. Praba and Kamala took really good care of us while we were there.â
âThe staff was really helpful. The rooms were clean. The pool on the top was nice. OK distance if you are takeing the taxi. If you are taking the MRT from Lavender, be prepared to walk approximately 10 minutes.â

"Our first room was uninhabitable due to concrete drilling in the room next door. WHY do they put a guest next door???
When I called and asked them to stop, they said the work would continue for another two hours but that we could change rooms. I said I wanted the noise to stop because we had already unpacked everything. Their solution? They offered us earplugs!
Later, we were contacted by a manager who handled the issue in a professional manner.
Breakfast was chaotic. The tables were arranged in a way that forced people to squeeze past where you were sitting. On the second day, we chose to have breakfast in the Club Lounge instead, which was calm, although the selection was of course more limited.
Speaking of the Club Lounge, we were informed by a staff member that we could enjoy the afternoon tea even after checking out, which we appreciated. However, when we arrived in the afternoon, we were questioned and were only reluctantly allowed in, and only for tea/coffee and a small pastry.
A good hotel, but as mentioned â inconsistent quality.
