“This is the best luxury property on old orchard beach, directly on the ocean with beautiful views on all floors and a large comfortable master suite. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. This is our third stay here with our extended family and we will definitely be back. 5 stars all around.”

“Loved our visit. The location is next to beach and not too long of walk from the pier. The place was clean and parking smooth for us. Would definitely want to stay here again.”

“Great spot for a couple”

“Cabin was great accommodations clean and comfortable also very well stocked with necessities and amenities Great location short walk to everything downtown and the beach My only complaint was the pool was poorly maintained could not even swim in it Overall enjoyed our stay Alan was great to work with”

“10 character lock did not work. Required customer service assistUnit dirty including dirty dishes. Dirt and mold in bathrooms. Wall mount fans filled with dust. Kitchen hood greasy and nasty. Keys from lockbox did not work well. No cold water in one shower due to broken faucet. Covers on dining chairs dirty. I have pictures to verify this place should never be rented.”

“Location was excellent with great access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The main living area is a bit tight for a large group. The site should be updated to state that 3 of the bedrooms are king which is really nice and that there is baby stuff available like high chairs and pack and play. We brought our own, not knowing. Overall our family enjoyed their stay!”

“Great place for a group. Location is ideal. We loved our stay!”

“We had a nice stay here for a group of 6 ages 24 to 86. The property was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were modern with very nice touches. Living area was nice but we would have liked another couch or comfy chairs to sit together. Air conditioning worked well upstairs and down. The backyard was pretty and the hot tub was clean and private. Upstairs bedrooms still seem to be a work in progress and the smallest bedroom has no closet and wouldn’t be suitable for more than one person...

“the house and location were great! the beds were ridiculously comfortable and the peekaboo ocean view was a nice surprise. had everything we needed!”

“Beautiful beachy spot, gorgeous decor and an amazing yard for families! We were so comfortable here and really enjoyed coffees in the sunroom. Thanks to Kevin for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!”

“We went to OOB for a baseball tournament. This house was perfect! Plenty of space for my family and an extra space for a team-mate. So close to the baseball stadium and it was an easy walk to the Park and the Pier. We will definitely be booking this house again next year.”

“It was so great having a house right by the beach it is within a few steps. My family and I loved staying here! Great view of the ocean from the upstairs balcony!”
