“Slept well, room was clean, and front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was less than desirable.”

“Great location to historic town of Matthews. Older hotel, but well maintained and updated. Friendly staff especially Cheryl for breakfast service.”

“Funkar som ett hotell för natten, men ska man bo lite bekvämt och för några nätter rekommenderar jag att leta efter ett annat.Hotellet är väldigt lyhört så mycket ljud från andra rum och korridor.Dom fixar inte sängen vid städning fyllde inte på toapapper.Dom verkar strunta i underhåll, flera ismaskiner ur funktion,juisemaskinen vid frukosten ur funktion.Frukosten är av det enklaste variationen dom kan ha.”

“This hotel appears to be used as an extended stay hotel. Lot of dogs and noise. The woman at the front desk was very rude. Was simply checking out and she became very argumentative with me because I couldn't hear her through the glass wall.”

“Nothing unique about the hotel other than the horrible stink in hallway…Cigarette and weed and wet dog. Room wasn’t as bad but didn’t smell fresh and clean.”

“Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money”

“The room we were assigned was in desperate need of renovation. The shower rod was almost disconnected from the wall, the bathroom faucet was not secured to the countertop, the toilet didn't flush correctly, the beds were broken/uncomfortable, half of the lights didn't work, and there were several spots in the floor that were sticky. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.”
