“Nice clean and rather new hotel with reasonable price.”

“We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad.”

“Though the staff were friendly - this hotel is old and worn down. The room smelled musty and was damp the entire time. The sheets were old. The pillows were awful. Breakfast was great though. Lots of choices.”

“The room was clean. My only complaint I had was, we could not get the temperature at the right comfort zone to be able to sleep.”

“The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!”

“Rummet städades inte någon gång under hela vistelsen trots att jag påminde dem flertal gånger och trots att de bekräftade att de ska se till att rummet ska städas. Sängen bäddades inte förutom sista kvällen och då pga av att jag tjatat till mig det flertal dagar. Lakan byttes aldrig under hela vistelsen. Rummet var inte rent. Frukosten var väldigt dålig och allt i frukosten var ultra processad industriellt och i förpackingar. Väldigt ohållbart. Hotellet borde inte få tillhöra sig Quality Choice...

“Funkar som ett hotell för natten, men ska man bo lite bekvämt och för några nätter rekommenderar jag att leta efter ett annat.Hotellet är väldigt lyhört så mycket ljud från andra rum och korridor.Dom fixar inte sängen vid städning fyllde inte på toapapper.Dom verkar strunta i underhåll, flera ismaskiner ur funktion,juisemaskinen vid frukosten ur funktion.Frukosten är av det enklaste variationen dom kan ha.”

“Should add more for breakfast and make it on the go for people that has to work or be at certain place at a certain time.”

“The door was not possible to lock properly, a number of water leakages from the roof, the general condition is poor. However, the staff is nice, but could not help me, only ask me to talk to the manager that will not be on-site prior to me checking out. I was offered a refund, but as it was booked via a third party, it was not possible for the hotel to refund. In the end, I accepted my faith and had a really bad night with less sleep than needed and a symphony of water dripping. Will not...

“The room was smaller compared to their other property in Rock Hill. Also didn't have ice maker, a bigger leather chair and a rotating desk chair like the Rock Hill SC property. I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it.”
