“This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking.”

“I liked how the room was decorated and put together.
There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand.
Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one.
I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like.”

“This hotel was one of the best in which I have stayed. Us three adults were very comfortable in the massively comfortable beds (even the trundle), and we had space in the room the move around and not bump into each other. Sleep in a hotel room is important, and it was quiet and dark enough to do just that. “Had to pay $20 a day to park, pool was broken and not fixed during my entire 3days stay, the elevator broke the second day, had to take the stairs from the 6th floor. Staff are horrible. The AC in my room broke from the first night, my room was changed the second night. All this kids from Sheraton hotel at the price they charging was a very unpleasant suprise and a huge disappointment. Don’t ever use this hotel, you will hate yourself for wasting money”
