“The check-in left me at the gate for 1.5 hours when the key code was not working. It took a while to reach someone on the contact numbers. On day 2 the key code for the main house was not working. It took even longer to get someone on the phone but they were unable to get assistance for 3 hours. I was between the door and my car for 3.45 hours. The temperature was a cold 41 degrees This ruined what would have been a good stay.”

“Pros: Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und hat uns mit 2 Teenagern ausreichend Platz geboten. Es ist sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Pool und der Ausblick sind das absolute Highlight, einfach nur dazusitzen und den Blick ins Douro-Tal schweifen zu lassen ist schon Erholung.
