“We arrived late, the host was very angry. The place doesn’t have elevator while we have heavy luggage and we were offered no help. We also had to share a bathroom. Internet didn’t work at all, neither on our devices, nor on the TV. When we asked the host to fix it, she told that she doesn’t know, why it is not working.
