Modern Hotel in a good location close to the old town and beaches. Some 15 rooms only on the top floor of a shopping center.

Jättefint hotell, fina rum, sköna sängar, bra standard, härlig balkong, bra frukost, bra läge med en ganska stor affär på bottenvåningen. Promenadavstånd till centrum och stranden.

Nice hotel for a short visit
We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and found it very nice. It's located 5-10 min from the historical part and center of Omis. The rooms were large and well equipped. However the air condition in the bedroom didn't work and because it was weekend they said they couldn't fix it it turned out to be quite warm nights since it was 30 degrees outside.

Wow! What a place! The hotel is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The views are great. The 1st and 2nd floors are business I think, with a grocery store on the end. The parking is easy and in front. Everyone was very nice. Its a 10 minute walk to town along the waterway. I will stay here again!!!

Hôtel situé au 3ème étage d'un bâtiment. Chambre très correcte . Petit déjeuner sur place mais pour tout le reste, il faut se rendre à Omis. La plage à proximité de l'hotel n'est pas hyper propre et il faut traverser un camping pour y acceder.

Great room in good hotel
A bit of an unusual setup for a hotel as it is based on the third floor of a shopping centre (only a small supermarket and a couple of shops). However, the room was very comfortable and we had a large balcony with a sea view. The decor is a bit unusual with a grey and purple theme throughout the common spaces which wouldn't necessarily be a modern UK style but everything is clean and tidy so we had no complaints. Breakfast is good by Croatian standards bearing in mind that there are only 14 rooms in total. Location is good with free parking and about a 10 minute stroll into the old town.

Hotel en Omis, ideal para diferentes excursiones
Hotel ubicado en un centro comercial en Omis. Lo utilizamos como base para algunas excursiones (cañón del río, algunas islas, etc). Trato del personal excelente. Está a unos 10-15 minutos del centro de la población caminando, donde hay restaurantes. Habitación muy cómoda, bien equipada y limpia. Desayuno justo.

호텔 앞에는 휑하지만 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔
베드도 편안 욕실에 욕조도 좋았어요 위치는 좀 애매한듯 중심가에서 좀 벗어난 느낌 시내로 가려면 운전해서 가거나 걸어서 20분은 걸릴 듯 조식도 좋았어요

Wish we had stayed 2 nights
The location was just perfect for us, right next door is a local supermarket so we get a few supplies there and actually had dinner on our balcony, salad and cold cuts. A beach right across the way but we walked 10 mins to a quieter beach on the receptionist's recommendation. Our room was really spacious and had a separate couch area with a tv. Air conditioning was excellent.

La première nuit nous avions une chambre très très bruyante (numéro 14) à côté de la ventilation du supermarché du riez de chaussée de l'immeuble. Il y a un bruit constant très très fort et dérangeant. Comme l'hôtel était plein nous avons du y dormir le 1er soir, le lendemain heureusement, nous avons eu une autre chambre. De plus, le petit-déjeuner est un peu léger pour un 4 étoiles notamment avec du café en poudre !

Schönes Hotel mit "Abstrichen"
Wir haben im Diadem 2 Wochen Urlaub im Juni 2016 verbracht. Gebucht haben wir eine Suite mit Meeresblick. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel empfehlen. Es gibt großzügige, modern eingerichtete Zimmer, Klimaanlage, ein großzügiges Bad mit Whirlpool. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich, mit Rührei oder Spiegelei, verschiedenen Wurst- und Käsesorten, Obst, Tomate Mozarella, Marmelade, Nutella, Müsli, Joghurt, Butter, Brötchen und Brot usw. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Kritikpunkte: -Der Seeblick wird von einer im Bau befindlichen Turnhalle eingeschränkt -Dadurch derzeit Baulärm ab 7 Uhr (bei geschlossenen Fenstern jedoch zu ertragen) -Die Dusche wurde von einem echten Profi eingebaut, welcher dort nie geduscht hat (sie ist an der schrägen Seite des Whirlpools befestigt, sodass ein direktes Drunterstehen kaum möglich ist) -keine Abwechslung beim Frühstücksbuffet -Bodenreinigung findet nicht jeden Tag statt ( nach Strandbesuch kann sich jeder Vorstellen, was noch so an feinem Sand aus den Sachen fällt)

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet
Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, Frühstück fällt etwas dürftig aus und es wird nicht nachgefüllt, was leer ist bleibt auch leer. Hotel liegt ziemlich ausserhalb, Supermarkt direkt unter dem Hotel, stört aber nicht.

We spend there only 1 night, driving through the area. The hotel was nice, room very nice clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable with separate AC in bedroom and living room. The best part was the big jacuzzi bathtub. The disappointing part was the breakfast and it was a bit pricy, but we booked very last minute (same day in fact).

Best hotel we had in Croatia. Very large, modern and clean room. The bathroom is incredible. Everything is brand new. The breakfast is awesome and there is a reception opened 24/7 with very helpful staff. Also, there is a free private parking and a market in the same building!

First room was terrible. Dirty with broken toilet seat,broken door handle, dirt behind the toilet and worn out furniture. We were able to change rooms. Next room was large,clean, and satisfactory. Breakfast was excellent. Satisfied with the experience. Wish we didn't have to do someone's job.

Tolles Hotel in toller Umgebung
Wir haben direkt bei Ankunft ein Upgrade vom klassischen Doppelzimmer auf ein Appartement bekommen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet, stilvoll. Alles war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet.

Very clean hotel with nice rooms. Good value for money, especially for families in need of more than 1 sleeping room. 15 min walk to Omis/beach. Only downside is the location between a road and a concrete/industry- like area. It's a small hotel, so the breakfast is a bit limited, but ok standard. Nice hotel for a couple of days, but would have preferred another location for a 1 week-stay.

Modern and comfortable
Stayed for one night. Hotel although visible from main road difficult to find as no name on road side of hotel - just look for big grey building with no windows! Strange layout as has a supermarket on ground floor, business centre on 2nd & hotel rooms on 3rd. Nevertheless all rooms are suites with separate bedroom, with jacuzzi bath & ultra modern fixings throughout. Breakfast was good & dining room was lovely. Only downside was it is in an area which is being renovated & they are currently doing work outside which involved being woken at 7am by pneumatic drills! All in all though would stay again as Omis is a pleasant town to stay in & not too commercialised.

Kann das Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen. Top Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal! Und jederzeit guter Wifi Empfang. Einzig das Frühstück ist eher einfach gehalten und teils nicht ganz geniessbar. (Kalte Rühreier). Ansonsten aber jederzeit wieder!

Modern eingerichtetes Hotel
das Hotel ist schön (modern) eingerichtet. Allerdings liegt es direkt neben einem Supermarkt, also viel Verkehr und morgens schon etwas Lärm vor dem Hotel. Der Ort selber hat uns nicht gut gefallen (zu turistisch). Die Flusbefahrung mit Kanu ist aber auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis.

Super Zimmer, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht haben, hatten wir ein super Zimmer bzw. Suite mit Meerblick. Das Hotel liegt im obersten Stock eines Einkaufzentrums, zum alten Ortskern Omis sind es nur ca. 10 Gehminuten. Es hat insgesamt nur 14 Zimmer! Den Strand haben wir nicht kennengelernt, daher können wir hierzu keine Angaben machen. Das Zimmer bzw. die Suite ist groß, hat einen Eingangbereich mit kleinem Schreibtisch, großer Couch, Flachbildfernseher, großer Schrank. Das Badezimmer ist extra mit Jacuzzi (super!!) und sehr groß. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch getrennt vom Wohnbereich und sehr toll! Jeweils vom Wohn- und Schlafbereich kommt man auf den Balkon. Das Hotel hat keinen Swimmingpool und daher weiss ich nicht, ob ich es für einen 14-tägigen Sommerurlaub buchen würde. Aber als Zwischenaufenthalt oder für ein paar Nächte, um die Gegend zu erkunden, auf jeden Fall!
