“This was truly a terrible hotel experience. All the way from sewer smelling bathroom, non working wifi, non working ac to rude staff at breakfast, closing the breakfast early and locking us out on the terrace for pointing this out. When asked about my laundry, the front desk staff kept referring to their ”boss”. If this boss was one of the three people trying to tell me that they had no idea of the whereabouts of my laundry or if it may have been Basil Fawlty remains a mystery.”
