Apartment for 3-4 people with a wonderful sea view

Just 13 km south of the bridge leading to the island of Krk lies the small, popular vacation resort of Njivice, nestled in a wide bay surrounded by forest.
It attracts numerous visitors every year thanks to its beautiful beaches, the exceptionally crystal-clear blue and clean sea, the many shaded spots, and the mild climate. Secluded rocky coves alternate with sandy and fine-gravel beaches, which are also great for children.

The vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is located on the first floor of the house and features a separate bedroom, a kitchen-living room with two extra beds, a bathroom, and two balconies (one with a sea view).

It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the town center with shopping, various restaurants, and several ice cream shops.

Quietly situated near the end of a cul-de-sac, there is no traffic in front of or behind the house. Only the soft chirping of crickets can be heard in the evening, accompanying the sunset.

The apartment is fully furnished and features a well-equipped kitchen and living area. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The rooms are spacious and bright, with high ceilings that ensure a pleasant indoor climate even in the height of summer.

Bed linens, dish towels, and bath towels (not for the beach) are provided and changed regularly.

Additionally, the vacation rental is equipped with a satellite TV system, and free internet access is available for guests with their own devices.

A barbecue area with a table, benches, and a water connection is available to all guests.

Ample parking is available in front of the house.
