“Everything was nice. We had an issue at check in, but it was Expedia app, not them. Another couple had the same problem. My only thing is that your can’t call and speak to anyone, it’s all thru email. The property was nice. Area was cool, plenty of parking. I would book again for sure”

“My experience started rough but quickly was cleared up. I appreciated the attention to where they needed to do better. They pivot and get tmit fixed. All the greeters out front are super nice and helpful.”

“Parking is luck of the draw. Be prepared to parallel park or for a nice walk. Staff was amazing, good conversation and immediately attentive to glue together something of mine that broke in transit. Would stay again!”

“Always nice to stay at this property when visiting my Penn student. The bed was super comfortable but the bathroom was a little shabby this time. Also didn’t have cash for valet tip and asked the front desk if there was a cash machine. It was down due to building maintenance. She didn’t inform me the valets can accept Venmo. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to tip!”

“Nice and cozy hotel, very close to town. Very nice room. Our bathroom had a jetted tub. Good breakfast. There is a large public parking nearby. You can get some discount if you tell the front desk before you pay the parking ticket,”

“If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...
