“The TV, microwave and refrigerator in my room did not work and the sink did not drain. It was disgusting. Not to mention when we returned from our event that night the entire hotel smelled like sewer. I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. ”

“There was damage to the A/C unit. Faucet wasn't fastened. I found a LIVE cockroach in my room. They are refusing to refund me because "I had already been there a few days day and it's a shared space so there's nothing they can do.".”

“The room wasn't very clean, the ac barely worked. The hallway and elevator was dirty. The noodle bar restaurant was absolutely disgusting we spent 60 on a quick dinner and tossed it all in the garbage”
