“The property exceeding our expectations. Check in/out was stress free, the property was spotless, and the host provided everything you could possible need while away from home. Would highly recommend to anyone, and will stay there again if we need to stay in the area. ”

“It’s a great house with an even better view. The master bedroom was absolutely gorgeous and had a private balcony. Lots to do around the area. The only drawback (and this has nothing to do with the house itself) was there weren’t any sidewalks. I like to walk my dog daily and I’d end up walking on people’s lawns. Speed limit is 30-35mph and cars whip down the street. So just be mindful if you have small children or a dog. With that being said, I’d definitely stay again. ”

“Quick and easy check-in. The house is walking distance to the lake and we got to see the prettiest sunsets. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and a comfortable living room. Charming with creaky floors and steps. Definitely eat at The Farmhouse and the Sylvan Beach Bakery while staying here. ”

“This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. ”

“This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful vacation. Plenty of room in the house and having our own dock, firepit, and yard without having people on top of us was very relaxing.”

“Great vacation!! The cottage had EVERYTHING one would need. So clean you could eat off the floors. Hosts were "Excellent on any requests or questions and you can tell they strive for Excellent Customer Service and work very hard on any maintenance and cleanliness! Encourage if you have any serious medical issues like walking or wheelchairs, please contact the Hosts. They are wonderful people and we thank them! Would Highly Recommend!!”

“We could not be happier with our stay. If you’re looking for a remote feeling while being close to several towns and restaurants this is the perfect place. The cottage was immaculate and the sound of the rushing water from the creek is still in our minds. We will definitely be returning next year! ”

“Eric’s house was exactly what we needed - a much needed escape into the countryside where all we heard at night was the sound of the frogs. The house is set away from the main road, and perfect spot for our dog to run around. Plenty of sleeping space, and relaxing living areas. We would book again next time we’re in town! ”

“We needed a spot to attend a family memorial in the area. This house was a perfect selection. The weather was a little too wet and chilly to take advantage of the lake fully, unfortunately! But we couldn’t have asked for more with the house and the ease of stay. We appreciated every little touch! ”

“Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us...
