“We spent a long weekend at the Apple Tree Pond property and it was as described! The house is beautiful and exactly as described. We enjoyed fishing and using the boats, and enjoyed relaxing on this beautiful property. Communication was good and quick and helpful! The only suggestion I have are for the door for the playroom with the dart board and ping pong table. The door got locked before our stay and they had to get the maintenance over to unlock it which took some time, no big deal at all,...

“Everyone in our group had a great time here. We were here for Cooperstown Dream Park. It was so nice to spend time on the lake when we were not at the ball park. We fished and kayaked on the lake. The house was very large allowing us to spread out. The property is very well taken care of. Jerry's team makes sure that you have a good time and you can tell that this is a very well run business. We plan to stay here again in two years if my other grandson plays ball here.”

“Honestly, my family and friends were surprised with this great house. Nothing negative to say except for 2 suggestions... 1- Main driveway/entrance should have more lighting for guidance and security. 2- After you park your car, there should have a paved way to ensure easy access to entrance.”

The bed and couches were comfy, I was toasty warm even though there was a Springtime snowstorm and I appreciate the countless thoughtful supplies (bananas, muffins, toiletries, so many kinds of Keurig coffee and teas). The owner was quick to answer any questions and very accomodating when I had to leave early for a pet emergency at home.I will return next time I am in the area!”
