“The room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there. The 3rd day, they emptied the trash and reset the towels, but nothing else. They didnt even make the bed. It was a bit disappointing.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well maintained. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great added benefit and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again.”

“We were very happy with our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Buda, Texas. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, I really loved the area where the hotel is located and felt safe taking morning walks. I highly recommend staying here.”

“Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.”

“Our room was very clean & spacious. I appreciated having a kitchenette attached, as it gave us the flexibility to cook if we wanted to. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect, on the main road of town with a 5 minute drive to surrounding stores & restaurants. Our only issue was the elevator being out of service, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay! We look forward to rebooking in the near future.”

“One word to describe this hotel is "Avoid." This is how I perceived about the hotel while staying a night. The hotel had little intention to satisfy its guests, but cared about the cost cuts. Here are some of memorable moments: 1. I Booked for 2 beds, but got only 1 bed with sofa bed. No other room was available. (I paid in advance.) I was pointed to a fine print stating, "You may not get what you want" in my itinerary. 2. I witnessed double booking. I saw two guests came at the front...

“Took my to Austin for a concert and looked for days for a hotel at a decent price, in a safe area. Red roof Inn was excellent. Staff was welcoming and quick, hotel was clean and quiet.”

“Our stay at the hotel was great. Breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance but it was ok due to it rained that weekend.”

“Beds were great. The space exiting the elevator on 2nd and 3rd floors is pretty tight if you’re pushing a luggage cart or wheelchair. The beverage dispenser for breakfast coffee was tricky.”
