Located near the Učka Nature Park, above Opatija and Ičići, where the mountain slopes descend to the sea, this holiday home offers the perfect combination of fresh mountain and sea air. The house has 220 m² and 3 floors. On the 1st floor you will find a space for relaxation and dining consisting of a kitchen with a dining area and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare various meals which you can enjoy in the indoor or outdoor covered dining area. The room is bright and airy and has access to a balcony with a lounge area.



The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms. Most of the rooms have double beds, while some have single beds. In the bathrooms you will find towels, hairdryers and toiletries.



The house is situated on a spacious, fenced property, perfect for families with children or larger groups. Enjoy the spectacular panoramic views while relaxing in the hot tub, taking a swim in the pool or preparing your favorite specialties on the barbecue. For complete relaxation, settle into a lounger with your favorite book in hand. The garden, filled with the scents of lavender, immortelle and other Mediterranean plants, offers a special experience of nature and peace. On the ground floor of the house there is also a recreation and games room with billiards, darts and table football.



There are numerous cycling and hiking trails around the villa, ideal for those who enjoy an active vacation. The sea is easily accessible by car, and if you decide to take a walk, the 12 km long coastal promenade takes you from Ičići to Opatija. Nature lovers can explore the beauties of the Učka Nature Park or head to the Kvarner islands of Cres and Krk.
