“We absolutely LOVED this place! We were vacationing with our two toddlers (ages 2&3) and my sisters family with her two toddlers (1&3) and this place was absolutely PERFECT! We could all still enjoy the beach while our kids were napping because everything was right there! No one had to haul anything to the beach, they had all the sand toys you could want, and more! One step off the porch and you’re in the sand! Loved it! And so did all the kids and adults!! Will definitely be staying again!!”

“We book Key Cottage ever summer for a girls weekend due to its proximity to The Tides Inn Spa and Kimarnock where we like to spend a shopping day. Kinnet is a pleasure to work with and the cottage suits our group of 3 perfectly. We'll be back!”

“For 2 busy professionals, staying at this property was restorative, delightful and invigorating. We stopped by a local farm, rode bikes & played golf, rose to the sunrise over the water and took sunset photos on the dock (embarrasing but true) and enjoyed the local crab/seaside fare. It is a casual, rural setting with every detail considered and amazing host communication. A+”

“We loved this quiet property, right on the water. The house was clean and perfect for my mom and me. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with a lot of stuff. Towels for the beach were provided, along with chairs for sitting on the beach. There is a rinse off area in the back of the house, but to turn the water on you have to go in front of the house. I absolutely would return. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay @ Bizzy Bungalow. It was very clean and well-stocked. The pink bee decor and the matching kitchen cookware and utensils was adorable. We especially loved the beautiful wine glasses! The teenager girls favorite part was the provided golf cart; we enjoyed riding it to see the sunset every evening. 🙂 Host was very responsive.”

“We booked this bayside property for a short family vacation and the house and amenities were exactly what we needed during our time at Hays Beach. There were ample bedrooms and spaces for all of us to relax, the kitchen was well appointed. The beach in front of the house was perfect for our grandson to play in a small pool while the others lounged in chairs or were in the water directly in front of the house. “just as listed on VRBO sight. house had everything we needed nice and clean. contact with everyone was quick and easy the light above the stove was out and property manager was willing to come out the following day to replace if we wanted it done. short walk to the dock for fishing and crabbing crab pots supplied. we did not have any luck fishing or crabbing but probably due to the time on year. great place to get away”

“We stayed for our Thanksgiving this year, Wednesday-Saturday. It was splendid. The house is charming, highly comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the housen is breathtaking, and there is so much yard space to enjoy outdoor activities, including the swing set up right on the tree by the back porch. My kids loved the swing! So much fun. The other outside features and accessories were also great. We had a nice fire in the firepit by the water, and did smores...

“The sunrises across the sound are incredibly amazing. If that was not enough the house has the newest appliances, great layout, and 200 plus degrees of water views from the dining room table. It is ideally located for a peaceful and restorative vacation from reality. Working remotely from the dining room table was the best location yet. Thanks for the opportunity to return to my high school regional area and deepen my appreciation for the waters I miss dearly.”
