“The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. “It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient. Security on site so definitely feel safe. You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas. Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance. “This property and staff exceeded every expectation for my 40th birthday celebration. Wayne, David, Ken, Horace, Pollyanna, Ziggy and the rest of the Golden Clouds team were so welcoming, hospitable and attentive. “The property is as shown in the pictures. The property is beautiful. The owner was available at anytime. My family loved the pool and the river. The outside kitchen was a winner. Had a few friends over with permission of the owner and we cooked everything outside. There are so many pros to this property. It is close to everything.
