“Took a weekend trip to the lake to finish off the summer with the family. This place was everything we needed. Great view of the lake with a dock for the boat. Got to drink coffee and enjoy the sunrise every morning. Its right down the road from Stumphole Landing if you are looking for a bite to eat. Rooms and amenities were more than suitable for a lake house. Had a nice covered area outside that has a couple of fans to keep some of the heat and bugs away. ”

“Our stay at Woodland Gardens was great! We enjoyed our morning coffee and dinner each day out on the porch to enjoy the warm weather. Very close to Congaree National Park and about a 30 min a drive in to Columbia where there are a ton of restaurants and more grocery stores to pick from. Tira was a good communicator and available for questions. Check in/check out was really easy as well. Would stay here again. ”

“The house is absolutely adorable and is exactly as shown in the pictures. We just loved staying in the house. We are from MI and dont have Mayflies, so the amount of them was suprising to us and we couldn't enjoy the beautiful yard and lake as much as we hoped to. That is obviously beyond the owners control so I still marked 5 stars. The house is adorably decorated. Would highly recommend especially if you dont mind mayflies.
