“We loved Mindy’s cottage! The check in process was very smooth. It was just as it was listed. It was super clean and cute!! We came for side by side trip. We had plenty of space to park our truck and trailer. The beds were very comfy. There was plenty of towels and bedding. It was a nice place to come back to and relax after a long day of riding. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!”

“This property was originally built in 1851! Fully restored and upgraded while staying true to its pioneer roots. It is about a two minute walk to the Manti temple.The owners were more than generous with our checkout time and obviously take great pride in this historic home. The home easily fit 10 adults. We highly recommend it!”

“It's a beautiful "little" home from the outside, but it's surprisingly spacious inside. It's very cute, comfortable, and well maintained. Lovely yard and our kids lived the swing set. We'll likely stay again. ”

“Easy to find and plenty of parking. Very quiet - away from any busy streets. Close to our reunion site. Plenty of amenities: fully equipped kitchen (with some food!), welcome package, laundry, and lots of sleeping options and other spaces. ”

“We were only in the area for a few days but our stay at this property was wonderful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. During our time spent at the property we enjoyed relaxing and listening to all the birds outside. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again. Communication with owner was great!”

“We had a family reunion with over 20 adults and kids. This place was great! It was big enough for everyone to have their own space, with plenty to do. The video game room, upstairs game room, hot tub, and walking trails were some of the highlights. We saw lots of wildlife and this property is the only one in the canyon. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“This place is amazing! It is surrounded by a bunch of beautiful juniper trees which helps with the wind and also making it QUIET. You can step outside and not hear anything other than the sounds of nature. The property has lots going for it. The outdoor pool in the summer is a nice little area, volleyball, and little walking trails. If you're down in this area, give it a go!”
