“Room was clean, area is conveniently close to the mall and other restaurants. Surrounding looks pretty safe.”

“Not good at remembering names, but the lady who checked us in on 10/29 was the most helpful, friendly, and professional person I have had dealings with at any hotel. And she remained that way throughout our stay. She deserves a gold star! The others were nice, as well, but she went above and beyond to be helpful and just had the greatest personality! Our room was clean and nicely arranged and the breakfast was excellent every morning. We enjoyed the variety of fresh offerings! Thank you for...

“Excellent hotel very close to the airport. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was convenient and comfortable, and easy to arrange. The hotel is airy and new, and very close to gas and restaurants. Best stay we’ve had near the PDX airport. We’ll stay here again!”

“Fick inte rum för tre personer som bokat utan för en person. Hotellet kunde inte lösa problemet man tyckte att det vara Hotel.coms problem. Hotel.com svarade vare sig på telefon och hittills inte heller på mail. Pga problemet vill jag ha tillbaka pengarna för denna bokning. Detta är kriteriet på att jag ska boka ngt via hotels.com i fortsättningen.”

“I liked the old country feel. The hotel was in very good condition for it's age. I wanted to stay somewhere away from the noise and bizzy of the cities of Vancouver and Portland. Part of keeping with the old theme were the shared bath and showers. They were accomodating and secure. I got exactly what I expected; steep stairs, drafty windows, and hot water that took a long time to reach the third floor. If you consider this before checking in then you will have an appreciation of this icon...

“Lyhört. Försök att få ett rum högst upp. Då slipper du störas av någon som springer fram o tillbaka ovanför ditt rum. ”

“I will not be staying here again. I have stayed. at Portland airport hotels a lot and slept well. This hotel is situated. where the airplanes seem to all take off over your head and there are no earplugs. The people upstairs were walking back and forth on their room with a toddler running up and down too and the walls seemed paper thin. Despite the good remodel and comfortable bed sleeping well was not an option.”

“The rooms were awesome. Only disappointment was the pool/hot tub was closed.”
