“Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive...

“The apartment was well-decorated and updated. We had all the comforts of home but felt like we were at the beach. The king sized bed was super comfy! We loved the private patio and outdoor chairs for morning coffee. Everything worked fine. Check in and out was super easy. Very clean space. Literally a very short 3 minute walk to the Atlantic side of the island and 9 minutes to the river side. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. ”

“Extremely satisfied. My wife and I have owned a home not far from here in Sebastian, and have family 1 hr south of here. We love stopping at Capt Hirams for lunch or dinner on the way home. I found this location that offered a more low key, short walk away from some of our favorite hang outs. “Our only suggestion would be to change the tv bracket so that the tv will descend should cardio fit up in bed and lie down to watch. Need a different foot stopper in bathroom as door lock hits wall and is damaging wallad nagging wall”
