The food within the hotel offers a wide variety and we ate at all three offerings. The food in the downstairs cafe is incredible with the best fish and chips we have ever had.â

âWe loved it. It's been renovated recently and we could see everything was fresh and clean. They have done an excellent job. Service was super. Cleaned our room every day and always took good care of us. Breakfast was also very good. They had so many choices it was even hard to know where to start. Staff was really friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was also close to stores and novena square mall. We highly recommend this hotel. â
âI had a fantastic stay at Novotel Singapore on Stevens! The hotel offers excellent service, a great location, and comfortable rooms. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.â
âHotellet ser pĂ„ ytan bra ut dock stinker rummen av mögel. Detta kanske beror pĂ„ att mĂ„nga av rummen saknar helt fönster samt att det saknas duschdraperi i badrummet. Jag har aldrig tidigare varit tvungen att byta rum men mögeldoften var sĂ„ stark att vi till slut var tvunga att sĂ€ga till. Personalen var trevliga och vi fick nytt rum omedelbart pĂ„ en annan vĂ„ning. Mögeldoften bestod Ă€ven dĂ€r fast nĂ„got mindre.â

"Very well organised resort-type hotel, great cleaning, check-in, concierge etc. Nice garden and pool. Minor blemishes - no power socket at bedside, a bit loud aircondition etc., minor things. 10 mins to buss and 15 mins to MRT. A bit sneaky, ask for full days charge for early check-in or late check-out."
"Very nice location, the underground is downstairs and two shopping malls (Velocity and Square 1) just across the street.
