The Price Does Not Include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in the presence of animals (€ 50.00 per week per animal). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

The property is a typical country farmhouse, perfectly restored, which nevertheless retains its rustic charm. The interiors reflect the Tuscan tradition: terracotta and parquet floors, combined with dark wood furniture creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house is divided into two independent, non-communicating units, ideal for those seeking a multifunctional home, where they can spend convivial moments without sacrificing privacy. Thanks to its strategic position, the house is a perfect starting point for exploring the renowned Tuscan coast and visiting the most famous cities of art and villages of the region. Interior:
Casa da Sogno covers an area of about 240 sqm distributed in two units on two floors. UNIT 1 - GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with TV and fireplace (ornamental). FIRST FLOOR: two double bedrooms, one with terrace, one twin bedroom with terrace, one bathroom with shower. UNIT 2 - GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, living room with communal dining room, guest bathroom, laundry room. FIRST FLOOR: one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower.
Park:
The garden of the property extends for approximately 3,000 sqm, entirely fenced, and is characterised by areas of spontaneous lawn that follow the natural slope of the land at the furthest part of the garden. A stone driveway, bordered by cypress trees, leads to the house and parking area. Along the driveway, located at a higher level, is the pool area, flanked by an area with olive trees. Communicating with the living area of Unit 1 is a gazebo with the outdoor dining area, adjacent to a brick barbecue. Beyond a small hedge is a second gazebo, also equipped with table and chairs and a gas barbecue, which communicates with the living area of Unit 2.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located along the driveway, in an area higher than the house and can be reached from the lawn or up the stone steps. Rectangular and measuring 12 x 6 m with the depth varying from 1.40 to 1.50 m; lined in PVC and equipped with internal lighting and Roman steps for access; salt purification; solarium area, partly porcelain stoneware and partly lawn, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, small tables and a sitting area. Equipped with a cold-water shower; open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
