"WOW House" - Prime Panoramic Oceanfront Home

Utsikt över utsikt över miles av stranden, Yaquina Head fyr och det vackra Stilla havet. Ett ord beskriver det: WOW !!

En fantastisk bluff topp plats i hjärtat av Newport nära de fina restaurangerna, shopping och aktiviteterna på Historic Nye Beach & the Bayfront. Panoramic börjar bara beskriva vad ögonen tar in från denna spektakulära utsiktsplats vid havet.

Detta 2 100sf stora moderna hus vid havet är vackert inredda för att maximera både komfort och utsikt. De vardagsrum, matsal och kök är på den övre nivån intill en soldäck vid havet, och många stora bildfönster tar utsikt. Ett högt välvt takbjälke med öppet balk och golv för att stråla bergspisen accentuerar den öppna men ändå mysiga vidsträckningen, med en 52 "LCD-TV / DVD och gratis WIFI-internet.

Köket är inramat av en lång bänkskiva / barit i granit och har alla rostfria apparater. Diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost ingår tillsammans med alla nödvändiga redskap. Tvättstuga och 1/2 badrum ligger bekvämt i närheten.

Tre av de fyra sovrummen ligger framför det blå Stilla havet. Ett stort sovrum är på övre plan med tillgång till soldäck och inkluderar en king size-säng, TV / DVD och master badrum med bubbelbadkar. De andra tre sovrummen, två med drottningssängar och ett med 2 enkelsängar på bottenvåningen är tillsammans med ett komplett badrum.

Det finns också gott om plats för bekväm parkering utanför gatan för 4 bilar.

This home has the best view of any house in newport. Path to beach right next door. Beds comfy and very clean. It is a period house with beautiful wood everywhere, not cookie cutter at all.We have stayed before and look forward to our next visit.

We had an amazing time at WOW house! Jim and Lana are top notch hosts! The house had everything we needed, including all of the pots, pans, and utensils to put together a Thanksgiving dinner! There were seven of us, and the house, with the 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodated us all very comfortably. And…. the view from the floor to ceiling windows.. fantastic! We will return! As a matter of fact, none of us wanted to leave! The beach was a short hike down from the house, but it is a well maintained path. The beach was incredible, even in the rain!

Our whole group wasn’t able to join due to an emergency in the family, so I wasn’t able to attend, but the hosts were so kind and understanding while trying to figure out rescheduling. In the long run, my sister and her husband ended up staying. She said she was absolutely floored at the beauty of the scenery and said the house was perfect and sparkly clean. She also said the beds were very comfortable as well. She told me this was a top trip of her lifetime. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Gorgeous views. Lots of thoughtful touches not always included in rental properties - washer/dryer, toiletries, rain jackets to use if needed, great restaurant recommendations...Clean, VERY well stocked kitchen comfy beds, plenty of hot water for showers for 5 adults and strong wifi. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Should we return to the Eugene area we would definitely stay again!

Our trip to the ‘Wow’ house was everything we hoped it would be! The house itself is incredibly well stocked, the beds were all comfortable, and there was plenty of space for seven adults. We absolutely loved the decor and the feel of the house and as everybody has already stated, the location and view is out of those world! We appreciated the willingness of the owners to work with us when we had a glitch come up prior to our stay. They were incredibly easy to communicate with and were quick to respond. We loved the location and the easy access to the beach. We were sad to have to go home, but will definitely be back!

The view is really a Wow

We had two families with grown children stay for a week. It had enough room for everyone and we really enjoyed the house. The kitchen is stocked well. The beds were comfortable. The short walk to the beach was really convenient. We had to run to the grocery store a few times and it was really close. Great location, clean, and comfortable.

Wow Indeed!

My wife and I, My son and daughter, plus our 10 yr.old grandson and 8 yr. old granddaughter stayed here for two full weeks. The view is incredible and the family enjoyed the sunsets plus beach and lighthouse vistas on a daily basis. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds were all comfortable. Newport is also a favorite destination for us because of the plethera of activities available. We went crabbing, horseback riding and did the Aquarium, plus countless walks on Nye and Agate beaches. Our hosts were impecibly kind and helpful. Wonderful experience!

family vacation

we spent 8 glorious nightsat the Wow house! the view is so magnificent, tho a but chilly outside and windy nothing could take away from the beautiful views . Just bring a jacket! we enjoyed walks on the beach and our dogs loved it as much as we did. The house is comfortable and easy. just what we wanted for a family vacation . the beds were comfortable . The well equipped kitchen was perfect when we wanted to cook at home. We had a fabulous dinner at Clearwater restaurant , a day at the aquarium, a trip to the light house. my husband and grandson enjoyed golfing at the local course. we left refreshed and rested. just what we wanted.
