“Stayed at the costa rose for 7 days over winter break with my family Of 4. Older kids were able to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms due to the spacious accommodations. Having a washer and dryer on site was great in order to keep up with the laundry and get fresh towels as needed. The property managers were always available to answer any questions. “This cute modern duplex is truly close to the Village and Bikini Beach, a short walk. There were 4 adults and that was fine, although there is a 3rd bedroom it would have been cramped with 6 people. While there are 2 showers, there is only one toilet and that was the only downside. Furnishings are new, modern, and simple. Mgmt response time was fine. Look forward to returning to lovely Orient Beach.”

“Our 3rd stay in Orient Bay and we loved Sea Side 9. We especially liked the location, the spacious second story main bedroom with exposed beam ceiling and the corner balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking including spices and frig with filtered water - no bottled water is a big plus. Short walk to village and beach. We rented a car again - get a paper map as GPS is lacking. 30 minute drive to condo on Sunday but over 1 hour return to airport on Saturday with stop and go via Marigot...

“The unit was perfect size and would be for a couple also. View from patio just beautiful with zero obstructions. Easy walking distance down the beach where you’ll find options for sunbathing, water sporting, an adult beverage if you desire with also some wonderful restaurants and some shopping. Getting to other places on the island by car can take some time depending on time of day but this is an island not a major city with highways abound. Enjoying the process is half the fun !”
