Paradise- low maintenance with amenities

We stayed for 7 days with our 2 year old and had a fantastic time. The pool was perfect for nap time so we weren’t stuck in the house or hotel room. The location is great, cute shops and restaurants within walking. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great! Thank you!

We loved our stay at this beach house. Communication from the host and property manager was excellent. Orient beach was my kid’s favorite so to be within 5 minutes walking distance was great! The house was clean and exactly as described. The pool was clean and very nice. Phillip came by to maintain it every morning so it was always clean. We loved the open layout and the air in the bedrooms worked great. There was a water main break and the water went out for a few hours one morning but there is a water tank at the house we used to flush the toilets and water was back on when we got back from the beach. Orange fever was our favorite beach bar with the cheapest chairs on the island and great food and drink. We loved Bona Mama pizza, Sao, Good Mornings for breakfast and Roasty’s (all within walking distance). We have kids so we didn’t do anything very fancy. We really enjoyed our time at the beach house. Great location and we felt very safe.

Beach wedding stay

Excellent location for access to both the beach and the village. House was spacious, comfortable, tastefullly decorated and super clean. Amenities provided far exceeded our expectations. Open air living space was very nice with the exception of the mosquitoes.

Amazing!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. Great communication with the hosts. VRBO was very clean and full of ammenties. We loved hanging out by the pool/patio, the open concept was great. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of nice restaurants. There were a lot "no-see-ums" bites and the host did provide bug spray and electric fly swatters, but just unavoidable I think. Would highly recommend and 100% stay here again.

Birthday trip

Everything was amazing, the location is perfect. The beach clubs are fantastic. We are definitely coming back. On the last day we lost water due to construction near the villa, apparently that's a thing. One minor situation to a otherwise phenomenal vacation.

Lovely Beach House on Orient Bay

This is our second time visiting the wonderful Beach House. It is immensely comfortable. We love the open downstairs which lets us feel as if we are outside even when we are in. And the pool is picture perfect. Additionally, we are just steps from the wonderful Orient Bay shops and restaurants. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else on Saint Martin!

First time but hope it won't be the last!

We had a wonderful time! The house met all our needs and more, and the communication was just great. We stayed 2 weeks and it was very comfortable. We appreciated the space, the decor, the washing machine and pool, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Any questions we had were quickly answered. It was our first time and it was a special occasion, and it felt that way- many thanks for a wonderful time!

Amazing property and perfect , beautiful location.

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed this property. The walking distance to everything is perfect. The vibe is spot on.Everyone is right, the mosquitos are no joke. Not the fault of anyone but nature. We would go back here in a heartbeat. The only reason why I am giving a 4 on cleanliness is because we found a dead mouse by the pool upon arrival.

Amazing location! Beautiful pool area!

We had a fabulous vacation! Close to the beach, market and restaurants. Food was amazing! The property was as beautiful as the pictures and very comfortable. Communicating with the host was easy. Saint Martin experiences periodic loss of water. We experienced it two days in a row for 12 to 18 hours. It would not deter us from returning!
