“Just spent one week in this amazing property. The accommodations were wonderful. Walking distance to the village which has everything you need including a market and incredible restaurants. We had 6 adults and enjoyed plenty of space. The pool was great in the afternoon after walking back from the beach which is steps away. The property manager was amazing and gave great recommendations for dining , activities and a driver. This vacation home is truly paradise!”

“Villa Beach House was everything we expected and more. Communication with Isabel before our stay and with Phillipe while we were there was great. The Villa is very private as promised and we were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor space in total privacy. The location is just a short walk to the village and beach. The kitchen, dinning and living room are open to the outside when the doors are open so we would suggest having some mosquito repellant to help keep them away. We will be back next...

We spent most of our time at the villa enjoying the beautiful, comfortable, and very well manicured back yard and pool area. “We had a great time staying here. Some of the dishes, utensils and cookware could use updating, but all was functional. Bring bug spray for the mosquitos. Very good location being close to grocery and restaurants. A rental car is needed if you plan on going anywhere. The roads everywhere are narrow and there is no sidewalks. The views were spectacular.”

“We had a lovely stay at an amazing house! We were there with two adults and two toddlers age 3. Check in was super easy, our host was available at anytime we would need it, super friendly and the house cleaning lady was super friendly and very thorough. Our host even found beach toys for our kids who loved having them in addition to what we brought. Could not have chosen a better place to enjoy the island. We would come back any time and stay here, we loved it.”

“As usual our property manager Moune was available and had the home ready. This property sits a few hundred feet from the beach but has its own pool. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip. We will definitely be back to hopefully stay in one of Moune’s managed properties.”

“Beautiful Villa with 3 spacious bedrooms. Pool was excellent. Kitchen has everything you need. Felt very safe here with locked gate. Host was always available if we needed and met us on arrival and departure. The town even had a water shut off that we didn’t know about and host came to turn on backup water beforehand so we didn’t have to do anything. Host accommodated our 9 month old with pack and play and highchair which was a lifesaver. 2 parking spaces, two beautiful bathrooms great showers....

“From the minute this property was booked communication with Gilles was timely and questions were answered to the best of his ability, which made our time on St Martin very easy. The property was better than the pictures showed and very spacious. All appliances were top notch and the automatic sun shades on the patio were wonderful in the mornings for coffee. I was late flying in but the rest of the family was able to check in without an issue. So Thankful. Do not hesitate to book this property!”

“Awesome unit situated on a hill overlooking orient bay. Views are unreal. Hosts are the nicest people you could ever ask for. Checked in regularly. Made sure all avenues were covered. No issues no problem. Such a beautiful friendly island. Locals are beyond helpful and nice. Can’t wait to go back.”
