FWI House is located in the most sought-after area of Orient Bay:

You’ll enjoy being close to the beach—just 750 meters away—while staying in an elevated spot with incredible views of the bay and the islands of Pinel, Tintamarre, Green Cay, and Saint Barthélemy.

A pleasant ocean breeze brings freshness and comfort all day long.

The private pool, with its sun loungers, sits slightly below the main level of the villa, completely private yet still offering sea views.

There are two outdoor dining areas:

one in full sun, perfect for breakfast or dinner with nearly 360° views

another in a shaded area, ideal for lunch away from the heat

The outdoor lounge, located in the shade and facing the sea, is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or relax with a book.

Inside, the open-concept kitchen and living room features a very high ceiling and opens onto the pool and ocean view.

The villa includes 4 bedrooms and 5 sleeping options:

1 king-size bed (180 cm)

1 queen-size bed (160 cm) that can be split into two 80 cm beds

2 single beds (90 cm)

1 double bed (140 cm)

There are 4 bathrooms:

one en-suite to the master bedroom, with toilet

one accessible from the living room, with toilet

one outside in a private spot, no toilet

one inside the 4th bedroom, with toilet

The villa is located in Orient Bay.

You’ll enjoy its long, beautiful beach, water sports (jet ski, sailing, kite surfing), and many beachfront bars and restaurants with loungers and umbrellas.

For evenings out, there are also traditional restaurants and bars to explore.

A small grocery store, bakery, hair salon, and tobacco shop are just a short walk from the beach. Grocery delivery is available if needed.

The Orient Bay park is very secure, with over 100 surveillance cameras and 24/7 security.

Only 10 minutes away by car, you’ll find Grand Case, known for its stunning beach and its reputation as the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.

The beach, restaurants, and shops are just 750 meters downhill from the villa.
While walking is possible, a car is recommended to explore the island and its 27 beaches.
