We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! One of my favorite things was that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made each space feel like its own private little oasis. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group. We also loved the pool and spent so much time enjoying it! If I ever come back to St. Maarten, I would definitely stay at this villa again. Such an amazing experience and a wonderful place to stay!

The property is just as the photos, if not nicer. The bedrooms are set-up so that everyone has plenty of space. Alex was great and always available. My favorite part of the villa was the view. It’s beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The housekeeping a few days a week was a really nice touch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was better than adverstised, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is incredibly maintained and cleaned, and the view is AWESOME. It's basically a house with 4 master bedrooms - all with great views. It has 2 washers and 2 dryers (a great perk when you have more than one family staying). It's a great value, too - making the decision to rent this house a true no-brainer.

The Villa was exactly as described (the views truly can’t be beat) and we loved every minute of our stay. It was a great location for our home base for the trip, with lots of great areas to explore close by. Great amount of space for our group and even better that each room had its own bathroom and walk out deck/seating area. Alex was a great host and helped answer a lot of my questions before we arrived and met us at the Villa for check in to go over everything and set us up for a great stay. Loved St. Martin and hope to go back!

This is such a beautiful property! The host Alex met us at the house and went over the home with us. He was very helpful and very responsive. The house was conveniently located to restaurants, wine shops and grocery stores. The rooms were big and each bedroom had a bathroom which was very nice! The beds were very comfortable and every room had a great view! I loved the work out room down stairs as well. After the beach we would make a cheese and meat tray and everyone would hang out in the pool and relax. The view was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

This property makes you feel like you’re in a travel magazine. Bright, spacious, comfortable and just a gorgeous property. The pergolas have electric shades so there is lots of shade available outside. We enjoyed the comfy loungers by the pool daily. The owner/host Alex was wonderful to deal with as well!

This beautiful villa was everything it was billed to be in the description on Vrbo. Our host, Alex, was always available by text for any little thing we needed, although we didn’t need much of anything. He was also very helpful in making restaurant recommendations, a recommendation for a private chef that catered a dinner and a lunch for us, and for beach reservations very close by the villa. The location was perfect, and the views of Orient Bay were stunning. Everything that we needed was very close by whether it be a supermarket, many different restaurants, and beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend this gorgeous location!

The house was simply amazing. The view from the hill with our own private pool and four gorgeously appointed bed/bath suites made our week HEAVEN. Alex was great, met us at the property when we first arrived and gave us the quick run down on lights, etc. and was available for any small questions we had with prompt responses. The property was immaculate and we enjoyed every minute. Can't wait to go back some day!!!
