Welcome to La Vista, a tranquil retreat in Orient Point boasting extensive water and mountain views and a range of amenities that elevate the holiday rental experience. La Vista is a brand-new home, completed in late 2023.

Our three-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates six guests, providing a relaxed haven for families or groups of friends.

While La Vista offers a comfortable stay, its standout feature is the serene ocean and mountain view panorama. The home has been designed to take advantage of these views with the main living and dining areas upstairs. You can immerse yourself in this tranquil outlook from various vantage points, whether enjoying a morning coffee on the wrap-around balcony, a barbecue in the outdoor dining area, or simply unwinding in the cozy living room.

The bedrooms are designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable furnishings and a tranquil ambiance. Each room offers luxurious bed linen and ample storage. The modern bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and separate bath caters to the needs of all guests.

The kitchen, the heart of the home, is fully equipped with essentials such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. For families, we provide children's books, toys, a baby highchair and portable cot to ensure a hassle-free stay.

Entertainment options abound at La Vista, including two Netflix-equipped smart TVs, a variety of board games, puzzles, and books. The downstairs rumpus room also has a foosball table and a games console for added amusement. If you prefer the outdoors, the property features an expansive garden including a huge trampoline and a fire pit.

When the desire to immerse yourself in the sun and the water calls, simply take a 3 minute drive to Crookhaven Beach or 5 minute short drive down the road to the enchanting Culburra Beach where the golden sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also shops (including Woolies) , cafe's, restaurant's and the lovely renovated local Culburra Bowling Club.

Important Information:

- All bedrooms have ceiling fans and additional pedestal fans are available. The property has been designed to ensure bedrooms remain cool and living areas take advantage of the ocean breeze.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Master/Ensuite is not accessible to guests.
- There is an air conditioning in the living space up stairs (which is all open plan).
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Please note that firewood is supplied from May to September.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
