Location, location, location
This condo was a perfect size - It allowed us to all stay together, yet have our own space. The location of this was perfect for what we were in town for! We were disappointed that the main pool was closed & that we had such a long distance & cross a very busy road to get to the other pool on the property. We did not see anything of this pool closure in the listing when we booked, so that was disappointing. The property owner said there was a shuttle that would take us to the pool, but the condo staff insisted they weren’t doing that anymore. I didn’t let that affect my rating as we did still have a pool to use even though it was inconvenient. There were lanyards with cards needed to get in the pool - we saw them hanging by the door, but they didn’t say anything about being for pool access & our check in information didn’t tell us anything about needing a card to get in the pool. Luckily, the pool staff were kind enough to let us in on our first day without us having the card since we had walked such a long way to get there, but this piece of information really should be added to the information sent out to guests. The floor in the downstairs bedroom was filthy. You couldn’t walk without shoes on because the dirt that was on the floor that you could feel under your feet if you were barefoot. The blanket on the bed had 2 large yellow stains that looked like urine, which was very unsettling. The rest of the condo was clean, but this one room was a big turnoff.
