Our Resort Fee is $125.00/stay plus tax and must be requested prior to check-in. Included in our Resort Fee is:
Up to 6 wristbands during your stay. All wristbands must be returned or a replacement cost of $50 per wristband will be added to your reservation;
Daily scheduled transportation to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Not Valid for Groups;
Resort Parking Access;
Use of the Pools, Water Slides, Splash Pad, Hot Tubs, and Lazy River;
Resort wide Wireless Internet Access for unlimited devices;
Use of Resort Amenities which includes Basketball, Tennis, Playground, Batting Cage, and Shuffleboard; and
Scheduled Resort Activities.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
