Come and relax in our newly remodeled, stylish home. Moments away from craft beer bars, brewery, AdventHealth Orlando, Science Center, museum of Art. You'll be in the center of it all, while staying in this beautiful, relaxing home.

- Amway Center and Camping World Stadium: 10 minutes
- Disney World, Universal Studios, and I-Drive: 20 minutes

Kitchen: Large kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you might need to make a delicious meal.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: One level living with (3) bedrooms and (2) bathrooms.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!

Interaction with Guests:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the Airbnb messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Marketing photos were amazing

The home was cute and adequate for our needs, though a little disappointing compared to the attractive staging and photos used on VRBO. Owners were responsive and made an effort to address what shortcomings we brought to their attention. The firepit was the deciding factor for choosing this rental, however, the reality was very different from the marketing photos. Two of the four chairs were broken and the backyard was a mess. Not the end of the world, but still disappointing. On the other hand, the beds and pillows were super-comfortable. The air conditioning kept the home very comfortable in the humid Orlando climate. Plenty of soap and shampoo and conditioner, however, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We bought more and left more toilet paper behind than when we arrived. Again, first world problems, but when competing with hotels for customers, it’s a small expense to provide a backup roll in a cabinet. Whatever. I would categorize the place as average.

Just as described - great for family visit

Dear Julie, Your house was exactly as described online. It was perfect for a small family get together to celebrate a combination early Christmas, Thanksgiving & and 75th birthday (& get out with several sets of local extended family) for family members who have not been all together in 2 years. It is right at College Park, their many awesome restaurants & local artesian shops of Edgewater Drive 
 & a short drive to Winter Park. It is away from, but a quick drive to Orlando & the many outlet & other malls & more great restaurants. Thank you for responding immediately to my many questions before, during & after our stay. And graciously accommodated our requests. The neighborhood was quiet, but near everything, including I-4 to make getting around so easy. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for everything!
