PARKING RULES

MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.

TO HEAT the pool and/or jacuzzi(when available) $35.00 per day minimum 3 days. Exception only for 2 nights stay: $75.00. 13.5% tax will be applied.

BBQ $80.00 per stay - Includes:
One propane refill as needed ( you may refill by self and get reimbursed or we delivery a full propane tank in up 2 hours).
The grill cleaning after your check out.

Our home is very well located in Solara Resort with where you will find state-of-the-art clubhouse it includes luxuries to satisfy every member of your family, including a surf simulator (FlowRider©), splash pad, teen hangout, and a bar.
