Summary:
Welcome to our lovely townhouse in Vista Cay, without a doubt the best location in all Orlando!
Sleeping 8 comfortably. 3.5 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.

The Space:
The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 6. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal
BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens. Also a double double guest room with en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor is 3rd King room with en-suite shower room. The townhouse also has a small garage (too small for most vehicles) and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away

The Neighborhood:
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

Great option

3 coworkers split this property for a trade show we were working. 3 bdrms all had full bathrooms making it a much more affordable option then 3 hotel rooms. Very convenient location to convention centers. Recommend

Perfect for OCCC business

Perfect for a weeklong business trip to OCCC. Plenty of space for my team and great location. Good WIFi allowed us to remain productive and connected. Small cafe and drugstore around the corner was convenient. Quiet, clean and well-maintained property.

Amazing!

The property is fabulous! The property manager was very responsive and provided out checkin info in advance, so we could plan accordingly. The house is clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us! Totally enjoyed our stay, thank you so much!

If you like zero communication and strange men entering your unit, stay here!

Two days before our reservation, I messaged the host to inquire about previously discussed early check. No response. I messaged again the day before because we still had not received any check in info. No response. When we landed, I texted the host, hoping we would get a response about how to even access our unit. Radio silence. We finally called as our check in time approached, and the host rudely suggested he already sent the check in info (he had not, nor has he shared the check info with VRBO). We accessed the unit and everything seemed alright. The absolute bare essentials are included. I wouldn't plan on cooking much as a lot of the essentials are missing. The floor was also filthy. A chair broke while a friend was sitting in it and she almost hit her head. The unit was very cheaply made and furnished. The day before we were supposed to check out, one of my friends came out of her bedroom to see a man in the stairwell. I called the host and he tried to put the blame on me. He claimed he "tried" to call and we didn't answer so his maintenance man went in to fix the stairs. I explained that it is unacceptable to send a strange man into a unit of 5 women without notifying them. The only redeeming quality of the unit is the location. We were in town for a convention at the orange county convention center and it was a very easy walk there.
