Cons: they force you to sign a document that if appliances like tvs, tv controls, tablet, electric kettle, stove and coffee machine break during your stay they have the right to take out fees. The tablet was 399 euros if it would break. With that we were on edge the whole stay with 3 kids. And didn’t want to use anything. You had to make an inventory yourself that everything worked before signing the document. For us the kettle didn’t work and my guess is it didn’t work for the previous owner either. Meaning they want you to miss it. Didn’t feel right. And then they wanted a voluntary service charge (tip). But there was no room cleaning during the stay so don’t know what that was for. Other than that a good place with walking distance to beach and city centre. Parking was extra 18 eur per night which also felt a bit much."
