“We had no complaints during our stay. The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. “Excellent property in a beautiful spot. The building is great, pool nice. Plenty of food across the street if you dont wanna hike up outta the complex. Parking is easy if needed.Rodolfo gave clear instructions on all aspects of getting in and out. Was receptive and available. His place was clean and ready with all the basics and more. “I moved here from a bamboo house in Poás, so the city noise was an adjustment—but overall, this apartment felt like a safe place to land. It’s small but thoughtfully decorated, with plants that add a nice energy to the space. I also liked having a nail salon and pet store right here. great location for someone who wants to be close to everything while still having a peaceful home base.”

“Poor communicator. The night before arrival, we got a call that the parking spot was unavailable, even though it was advertised as having parking. Parking in San Jose is a nightmare. VRBO was of no help. We quickly arranged housing elsewhere. Owner refused to refund fees”

“I was here for a week-long work trip and this apartment was a wonderful landing place! Located within walking distance of a grocery store, a variety of restaurants, and a fantastic bakery. The apartment was clean and offered a great little gym, and lots of security. The host was lovely and very quick to respond to questions. My next business trip stay will certainly be here!”

“The host was absolutely amazing 5 Star everything! The room was immaculately clean, the views especially at night are breathtaking from this suite. The building had excellent and accommodating around the clock security. I even lost the key to the host’s place and surprisingly he drove over an hour to make sure I was safe and secure and arrived CALM :)
 My stay was peaceful, fun and unforgettable! I will definitely return due to this experience. Thank you so much and GOD Bless you!❀”

“Very nice apartment over a terrific Mediterranean restaurant. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and night life, but far away enough to avoid the noise.
