“Charming, recently updated home that was comfortable for me and my father. When I arrived the home was clean, stocked with the amenities I needed in the kitchen (including complimentary coffee) and even laundry supplies. The home had an EV charger which was great because our rental was an EV for our trip. The property owner walked me through how to turn the charger on and was very responsive. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the bedroom I stayed in did not have a ceiling fan, which I...

“Sent my hubby and my boys on a weekend fishing trip and they stayed at this place. It was perfect! Place was clean, hosts were amazing folks! After a long day fishing, they were able to chill in the pool. Hospitality was tremendous, and the most important part was that the dogs were the best! Would definitely stay again. ”

“Beautiful close to downtown, and Chico State. We were very impressed with “more than” essentials in the kitchen. We bbq-ed on the back patio 2 nights. The Jukebox was so fun to use. We would stay here again!”

“Perfect property for our family gathering! House was great for accommodating multiple family groups. Loved the big dining room table for bringing folks together. The property has great hiking trails (although you need to watch out for poison oak). Alicia and Michael were very helpful giving us the info we needed to get the most out of our stay. Michael even provided a bike tour of the trails for our groups' mountain bikers. Lots of wildlife--even an early morning bear sighting (from a very safe...
