“House was very clean with the exception of some dust/sand on floors, even though you could not see it walking on the floors in bare feet always felt that that maybe a good washing was needed. We just swept with the broom/vacuum and it was better. But one thing that really stood out when arriving is the cement stairs dug into the hill that you needed to go down to get to the house. So glad that there was a railing to hold onto because the stairs were not level at all. This posed a real threat to...

“Beautiful area and location over looking the water. The kitchen was nice but not a lot of supplies for cooking bigger meals. Campfire had wood and we enjoyed having a fire and sitting outside. ”

“What a beautiful property! My family and I stayed for a few days to enjoy Boothbay Harbor and it was the perfect spot for our getaway. My toddler loved the open floor plan and being so close to the water. It was an ideal distance to downtown without being in the hecticness of it all. Highly recommend!!”
